Cancellation Policy

Project engagements

Either party may cancel an ongoing project with written notice to contact@fulgentflow.com. On cancellation, you are billed for all completed and accepted milestones plus any work in progress up to the cancellation date. Unstarted milestones are not charged.

Retainer subscriptions

You may cancel a monthly retainer at any time with at least 14 days' written notice before the next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid cycle; the current cycle is not pro-rated or refunded unless required by law. You retain access to deliverables produced during paid cycles.

Effect of cancellation

On cancellation we deliver all completed, paid-for work and any assets owned by you. Outstanding invoices remain payable.
